I am impressed with the thoughtful design of the 'belt' .
It definitely works in preventing me from rolling on to my back ... and in the process of gradually "making friends with it", I became more comfortable with sleeping on my side. (especially left side).
I'm still getting used to it , having been a "back sleeper" all of my life.
The aspects of it that were/are uncomfortable for me are (i) the material is a bit "noisy" when I move/ sit up to turn over on to my other side, causing me to be concerned about disturbing my husband, and (ii) when it's been so hot & humid, it felt bulky on my back. (understandably).
I plan on reducing the air in the 3 sections and seeing how that feels.
I'm grateful to have it, and will increase the usage as the cooler nights come.

I have been using Rematee belt for about 15 years now. It has helped me tremendously and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I have gone through two belts in those 15 years and just got a new one. The new belt is designed very sturdy and is very comfortable to wear. I have felt much better during the day when I started using the Rematee belt. It has been better for me than a mandibular advancement device, CPAP or a tennis ball in a stocking. My sleep apnoea is severe when I sleep on my back and your device prevents that but is still comfortable to sleep in.

I like how durable yet light weight it is. The Velcro belt keeps it on all night. My only issue is that I roll through the night. I am able to shift/rotate the belt enough during my sleep that I can turn 1/2 to 3/4 of the way on my back. I start snoring again. Do you have any recommendations?

I waited several weeks before using it due to the very strong and unpleasant neoprene/plastic odor. I had to wash it a few times and air it out for several weeks. But it’s finally okay now.
As a result of this delay, however, I’m still getting used to it, but it seems to work as advertised.

I could only wear it for a few hours and only for a couple of weeks. BUT I think it did help train me to sleep more on my side, than on my back which is when most of my 'apneas' happen. I do think it is overpriced for what it is. But, along with my persistence, and using a 'mantra' every night (I will sleep on my side, I will sleep on my side.'), it has helped.
The true test will be at a sleep clinic next week when I'll be measured for side-sleeping to see if this 'training' is actually making a measurable difference. Thank you.

Having had a problem with loud snoring for many years, I had not been able to get any relief from the usual approaches you initial try such as nasal strips, vents, throat sprays, nasal sprays, etc. I had also suspected I might have sleep apnea because of morning headaches, not waking up fresh, morning vertigo, shortness of breath during the day, and fatigue. It was only after my Apple Watch got the breathing disturbances update recently and I got two sleep apnea alerts from it that I decided to look into things much more deeply. I bought an O2Ring to wear to bed which confirmed to me that I had sleep apnea (lots of oxygen drops per night, and down to 75% on one night). Knowing this, I began to research effective solutions and tried a number of products with proven effectiveness. The Rematee Bumper Belt has turned out to be highly effective at reducing my apneas. I've gone from having up to 60 4% oxygen desaturations per night to zero to 3 most nights. It took me a little while for my mind and body to accept wearing the belt the entire night, but you just keep wearing it and your body accepts it as normal over time. The effort to adjust to it is totally worth it for the results. The product itself is good quality and comfortable to wear. I have also taken it with me on a recent hotel stay where my whole family was in the same room. Normally this would be an embarrassing experience for me keeping everyone awake, but this time everyone (including me!) had a great night's sleep! It's an easy product to take away with you on your travels. If you tend to sleep on your back (as I do despite falling asleep first on my front) and you are experiencing worse snoring and apneas on your back, this product could be very effective treatment for you.

I understand that the 'Belt' may be effective for some but the effectiveness lasted about 8 sleeps before I was sleeping on my back with the belt on.

You can really tell that a lot of thought went into the details of these belts. The shoulder straps are weightless and so soft, and the adjustment hardware is hardly there at all! I appreciate the customizable nature of the inflatable bumpers and the chest strap too. One suggestion, I would definitely consider trying a new bra type model that has a front closure. The pullover style feels like a little too much work.

I just wish I had started wearing this vest/tee years earlier. I have struggled with mild sleep apnea for almost two decades. My sleep Dr. recommended it to me after I took the at home sleep apnea test, but I held off, as I figured it would take weeks to get used to...and the idea of giving up any additional sleep was not an option. For years, I walked around in a bit of a brain cloud, needing to take naps at lunch at work...and terrible headaches. I finally decided to start wearing the Remetee, and it was super easy. I felt better after the first night. I wear a whoop watch, which tracks my sleep/recovery/REM/etc, and it was like a switch went off. My numbers immediately went up. It's been 3 weeks now, and I feel like a million bucks, every day. It's 100% b/c of the Rematee. I would have paid thousands for this vest that's only $100. Please, give it a try...I want to help others that have struggled like I did. For mild/moderate sleep apnea, it's a no-brainer. Grateful!

One of the bottles that hold air won't close properly so I just use it with two of them inflated. It seems to work okay. I'm not terribly impressed with it and would rather not deal with it in the first place. Otherwise, it is okay as far as these things go.

I have worn both the pullover and the belt options and personally, I prefer the belt. I am female (C cup) and like to wear a top under the belt and it still allows the chest area to stay cool. It is well made and a surprisingly comfortable and effective contraption! Rolling over can be challenging if you try it side to side, but the recommendation is to roll onto the stomach first! It doesn't take long to get used to wearing the belt and is well worth a good night's sleep. The customer service is the best I've experienced from any company in a long time. Thanks, Sean!

When received we thought it would have to be returned because one of the straps was twisted, but received instructions on how to correct it, and it has been great for my husband - no more snoring which helps his sleep apnea. This was a doctor recommendation and a good one at best.

I started using the Rematee snore belt in January this year after my sleep study showed that I have significant sleep apnea when sleeping on my back. My initial contact was with Sean who talked me through which product was right for me. A real learning curve since then, however I am determined to make it work in view of all my health issues and my reluctance to use a CPAP.
More recently I had some issues with my belt in that it became loose at night and resulted in me snoring again.
I connected with Sean again today…he was beyond helpful in trying to pinpoint my issues.
He came up with at least 3 solutions for me to try. I so appreciated this information as I was getting

I only snore when I sleep on my back. I tried sewing a tennis ball into a t-shirt but that hurt and didn't really work. Then I found the Rematee Bumper Belt (size Medium) and it worked! Rematee is the only solution I've found that comfortably holds me on my side all night. I purchased a second Bumper Belt today - (size Large) for my husband. He's been stealing mine lately and I want it back.

Like most of us, I was skeptical about this device and its comfort. I reached out to the customer service for some fitting questions, and Sean jumped in and helped me tremendously. I can�t say enough good things about his customer service. From ripping it off the first night, I�m come to actually prefer the device! It�s odd, but I find the device actually quite comforting and soothing. I prefer to think of it as my partner snuggled up behind me. I travel for work, and the belt is a breeze. I have been using a Rematee belt for 5 years, to control central apnea. It has made a huge difference in how I feel, and my quality of sleep and life has improved dramatically (as measured by a Fitbit and my wife.).
My pink eyes, and under eye bags are gone, and I feel so much better and happier.. Just ordered an expandable belt, and hoping for even better results.
I'm impressed that it never seems to smell.
Suggest wearing a light shirt and keeping a cool room, as it can get warm in the summer months.
