Where we ship

Rematee ships to Canada, the United States, and international destinations. Available shipping options and any delivery charges are shown at checkout. If your destination isn’t listed, email us at info@rematee.com and we’ll check what’s available.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates can vary by destination and shipping method. Carrier delays and customs clearance can add time to international shipments. If tracking is available, we’ll send it with your shipping confirmation.

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered and you can’t find it, email us at info@rematee.com with your order number so we can help.

Duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees. If these charges aren’t collected at checkout, the carrier or local authorities may ask you to pay them separately.

Your 30-day guarantee

Your 30 days begin when your order is delivered. Time in transit, including customs delays, doesn’t count toward your trial. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, refund options, and the rare exception for unusually high international shipping costs.
