Some shipments — especially cross-border orders — may experience customs or regulatory clearance. This process is handled by government authorities and can sometimes take extra time, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather events.

  • Clearance delays are not an indication that your package is lost.
  • Tracking may show repeated scans such as “In clearance process” for several days.
  • Once released, delivery usually resumes quickly.

We pay duties, taxes, and customs fees on shipments where applicable — so customers typically do not receive surprise charges at the door. In rare cases, a carrier may apply a small administrative “paperwork” fee (commonly ~$7–$10). If this occurs, please contact us by email with any receipts so we can review the details and support you with great customer service.

We ship from Canada, and we also have a fulfillment centre in Blaine, WA. Depending on your SKU(s), your order may ship from either location to provide faster delivery.
