Let's Get Healthy!

Everyone needs a good sleep.

I'm not an expert, but a user of our popular bumper belt. I'm a regular person trying to lose weight, get healthier habits developed and move more!

I use our Bumper Belt every night. And I can't imagine where I'd be, if I didn't have the use of this simple but very effective side sleeping solution. Brain fog was my first symptom. I did the self-taught sleep test at home. I don't remember all the details, but I remember the suggestion of side sleeping.

Apparently, I was considered a mild to moderate sufferer of sleep apnea. But if I sleep on either side, I have almost none.

Losing weight has been a permanent struggle. Everyone in my family needs to lose weight. We all have arthritis, heart issues and a long list like many of you reading this post.

I try a new diet, I lose a pound or two, then nothing for weeks. I slip into old ways and the whole cycle starts again. I have lost almost 30 lbs since 2009 when I first opened parcel box of my first belt. But I did gain some back and that is the way it is with many of us trying to lose weight.

Since then, its been up and down, I've suffered injuries and that put me back. Hobbling around on crutches, using canes and walkers, I was feeling old. But being old in your mind is a choice. I choose to sleep well with this simple Rematee Bumper Belt.

This blog is about sharing my story of being a real person with real health challenges just like you.
